Mr. Bierds is the owner of Neurocounseling & Consulting Services, PLLC (NCS).  Since completing his master's degree, he has worked as a professional counselor in a variety of settings.  As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed School Counselor, and Licensed Sex Offender Treatment Provider (LSOTP) in the state of Texas, he has provided treatment services for juveniles, adults, and families in schools, as well as in private practice. He is now an approved Supervisor to LPC-Interns in the state of Texas, as well as an approved Supervisor to ASOTP’s.
